With the development of science and technology, especially with the rapid development of electronic technology, the development of new technologies, new processes and new products is constantly promoted to meet the needs of continuously increasing applications.  This requires a basic understanding for spectrometer purchasers.  First of all, the purchase of Optical Emission Spectrometer mainly depends on the actual application of the user.  There are many aspects of the application of the Optical Emission Spectrometer, and the application of different materials to detect different elements will be explained.  For example, aluminum-based materials include pure aluminum and cast aluminum.  The main detected elements of pure aluminum are: Si Fe Cu Mn Mg Zn Ti Ni Cr Ca Ga V and another cast aluminum. There are so many elements above, we have to measure the concentration of each element according to different concentration ranges. Before selecting the analysis channel of each element, we must first understand the measurement principle of the spectrometer. The spectrometer uses different concentrations according to different concentrations of different elements.  To measure the concentration of this element, for example: the silicon element in the aluminum matrix, there are three different sensitivity lines in different concentration ranges, respectively: 0.0005-3.0 channel sensitivity line is 251.6nm (nanometer), The sensitive line of 0.0005-2.0 channel is 288.1nm (nanometer). The sensitive line of 2.5-24 channel is 390.5nm (nanometer). That is to say, there are three channels of silicon element in aluminum base.  Corresponding to different element concentrations, the channel of 390.5nm is used if it is high-silicon aluminum, and the channel of 288.1nm is used if it is pure aluminum.  If you don't care about any element, no matter what concentration range, the situation is not good when you use a channel to detect the element content in each concentration range.  In order to accurately measure different elements and different concentrations, we must use different channels.

After all, it takes hundreds of thousands to find a way to do things well, and to check the quality of the company's testing. Therefore, before buying, be sure to find out what kind of materials your company needs to test and then choose to purchase rationally, you must listen to the opinions of all parties and undergo professional evaluation. After all, the products of each factory are different, which also determines the application requirements are different.  The detection elements are not the same. I bought a spectrometer to detect the chemical composition of various materials, so we must consider it carefully, so that the spectrometer can better serve the enterprise better, and serve the enterprise for a longer time.  Enterprises create profits, but generally need to follow the following points: 1. High short-term accuracy and long-term stability; 2. Low failure rate, timely and effective factory services; 3. Low follow-up maintenance costs, simple staff training; 4.  It is convenient to add substrates, materials and elements later; 5.
