Solve the 80% error problem of the Optical Emission Spectrometer, pay attention to these 3 points

Solve the 80% error problem of the spectrum analyzer. Pay attention to these 3 points!
The first point: argon. Prepare the right argon oxygen for the Optical Emission Spectrometer. Water vapor will absorb the spectral lines in the far ultraviolet region. The analysis results will be unstable. The argon will affect the air in the spark chamber and create a vacuum. Environmental output reduces the absorption of special element spectral lines by the air. In addition, the pressure and flow of argon also determine the firing ability. Just like "stir-fried vegetables", it is necessary to control the size of the heat. The heat is too large, the pot is too large, the heat is too small, the time becomes longer, and some special problems occur. At this time, the impact of argon on the discharge surface determines these factors. When the excitation ability is low, the oxide condenses on the surface of the sample and affects the sample's continued excitation. When the excitation capability is large, argon is wasted. Similar to the "wok pot", the life of the spectrum analysis instrument is affected.
The second point: temperature, don't let your Optical Emission Spectrometer. The heatstroke spectrum analyzer is a delicate precision instrument. The indoor temperature will actually affect many instruments because the machine itself generates heat or sparks. It's not just the Optical Emission Spectrometer, it gets hot behind the TV. Heat is a normal phenomenon of the machine, not to mention the sparks that are excited are high energy, so it is impossible to install an air conditioner in such weather. It is necessary to keep the indoor temperature at 24 degrees (plus or minus 2 degrees) to ensure the normal operation of the machine. Some lovely customers asked us why we should install air conditioners. This is the reason. After the instrument is turned on, the temperature will rise with time. And the inside of the instrument is a sealed space, and the vacuum environment is not ventilated. The Optical Emission Spectrometer uses optical principles, and many factors affect its measurement. And exceeding this temperature is not friendly to the measurement personnel. It can also cause the instrument to malfunction, stop operating, etc.
The third point: the sample, the correct sample. The surface of the sample must be flat. Use a vertical grinder to smooth it, but do not grind it like a mirror, which will hinder the measurement. And the sample should be representative, and there should be no cracks or other problems, otherwise it will cause inaccurate analysis results and solve the 80% error problem of the Optical Emission Spectrometer.
