Total profile deviation, profile form deviation, profile slope deviation, total helix deviation,helix form deviation and helix slope deviation can be outputted numerically with various kinds of measurement patterns together with deviation diagrams. It is also possible to measure by designating the number of teeth on the circumference.

Performance

1.Increase the standard gear eccentricity correction function obtained by Jingda national invention patent, can automatically correct the standard gear, start the automatic test and correction function software, the instrument will automatically complete the measurement and correction of the standard gear, and the correction data will be automatically stored in the computer. It greatly improves the measuring accuracy and repeatability of the instrument, and solves the measuring error caused by the error of standard gear in the measurement of the traditional double rodent.

2.The measured data for special data processing, the small burr and bump caused by the jump point separated from the fi ", accurately distinguish a tooth radial comprehensive error and burr bump point, can detect more than 5 μs of the jump point.

3.According to the special needs of users, the design of precision workpiece center positioning device and center positioning compensation system, quasi-determine the measurement of the workpiece gear span rod distance (M), common normal line (Wk).

11. Drive motor drive adopts servo system and motion control system to complete the measurement control and realize the automatic measurement of error items.

 

12.The configuration resolution of 0.001mm high-precision linear grating can accurately detect the actual center distance between the workpiece and the standard gear, to ensure the detection of the workpiece common normal line;

 

13.Automatic marking: through the motor to control the up and down movement of the marker pen, to achieve the automatic marking function for the burr teeth, convenient for users to find the problem teeth;

 

14.Automatic feed: motor control the reciprocating motion of the micro slide frame to achieve automatic feed and automatic fast retreat function, greatly saving the detection time;

 

15.Automatic injection: each test can be standard gear and workpiece gear for injection treatment, reduce the impact of oil or other debris on the measurement results;

 

16.Automatic brush: the instrument can deal with oil or other impurities in the standard gear, so as to improve the accuracy of detection;
